First things first — you will need an account to get started. MySyn’s web application boasts an easy to use and navigate interface that allows you to easily create an account in a few simple steps. Just enter your details — your name, e-mail address, etc.; set up a password; a quick e-mail verification — and we are off!

With your account in place, you will then have full access to your personalized dashboard. This is where you can create/upload new documents for signing, manage all your signatories and users (in case you are an organisation), and comprehensively oversee all activity in one place. When we said intuitive, we weren’t kidding.

MySyn’s dashboard comes power-packed with features that allow for seamless, secure, and dare we say again, sophisticated digital document signing and real-time witnessing. But the entire crux of MySyn boils down to 3 simple yet secure steps:

  • Verify identities of signatories
  • Authenticate, e-Sign and witness in real-time!
  • Creating a Document for Signing

With MySyn, preparing a document for signing is as easy as, well, clicking a few buttons! You can get started by clicking ‘Create New’ on your dashboard. The process here again is straightforward and simple.

Upload your document > Fill in necessary details > Choose if you want to attach a seal > Choose if you want to witness the signing in real-time over a video conference* > Set a signing date and time > Hit ‘Save’.

Your document is now almost prepared.

*You can also choose to sign without a video conference, in which case, your signatories will simply have to follow the instructions we’ll share with them over e-mail to complete the signing process

Choosing Seal & Signers

With the document almost ready, the next step involves choosing your desired seal and selecting your signatories. For the seal you can select a previously uploaded seal or upload a new one. As for signatories, you can add new signatories by providing necessary details or choose from the list of previously added and verified users.

Preparing the Document

Although this is the most important step in the entire process, it is also the simplest of them all. Preparing your document merely involves designating the signature spaces on the document. Simply mark the seal placeholders and signature fields in the document and you are done!

Your document is ready for signing.

Securing Through KYC Verification

MySyn takes user privacy, security, and data protection very seriously. This is demonstrated in MySyn’s use of AI in its built-in KYC verification systems.

Once the document is prepared and ready for signing, your assigned signatories will automatically receive an e-mail with all the document details and the link to verify their identities. This is a crucial step in ensuring authenticity on MySyn and users cannot proceed without first verifying their identities. The process here is simple enough:

Signatories can simply scan the QR code on the screen with a mobile device > Read through the instructions and guidelines >Provide necessary consents >Capture front and back images of a registered ID document > Position themselves for a live selfie

Witnessing While Signing

As the document admin, you can re-verify the identities of your signatories, live on the video call; you can then review the entire document together and ensure that there are no miscommunications or discrepancies; and then using personalised e-Sign IDs, your signatories can draw their signatures on the document right there on the call.

They will simply need another touch screen device to scan the QR code to the e-Sign portal, enter their unique e-Sign ID and then draw their signatures on the touchpad provided. Once they are satisfied with it, they can hit ‘Save’ and the signature will be automatically placed on the designated field on the document. Once everyone is satisfied with the signing, as document admin you can save the document and that’s it — the document is signed!

As mentioned before, you can also choose to sign the document without real-time witnessing, in which case the link to the e-Sign portal and the unique e-Sign IDs will be sent to your chosen signatories over e-mail.

Either way, once the document is signed, you can always download the signed document through your dashboard, while your signatories will receive an e-mail with the link to the signed document — talk about easy and intuitive communication!

Verifying with Blockchain

MySyn is Blockchain enabled. This unique feature allows you to maintain document integrity at the highest degree. You can validate your signed documents right on the MySyn website!

Simply use the serial number from the summary to access document details and upload a copy of the signed document to make sure that it has not been altered, manipulated, or modified post signing.
